The project at a glance

Get found.

Technical SEO, on-page improvements and useful search-led content.

Stay relevant.

Local campaign refinement and a dedicated commercial page.

Build trust.

A new website direction centred on services, workmanship and enquiries.

The brief

Good work needs
a clear route to market.

T&A Resin installs driveways, patios and pathways across Greater Manchester. Its website needed to help prospective customers discover the business, understand the options and take the next step towards a quote.

Our work connected two priorities: improving visibility through search, and developing a website experience that makes better use of that attention. Alongside the residential offer, we also helped prepare a dedicated route for commercial projects.

What needed to work

  • Reach people researching driveway and surfacing services.
  • Give residential and commercial customers relevant information.
  • Make workmanship, service information and enquiry options easier to find.

The work

From search visibility
to a clearer next step.

Each part of the programme addresses a different point in the customer journey: finding the business, considering its services and getting in touch.

01 / Grow · Organic search

Useful answers.
Stronger search foundations.

We maintained the website’s technical and on-page SEO alongside a regular schedule of two search-focused articles per month. The content addresses questions people ask while researching driveway installation.

This combines the foundations that help search engines understand the site with useful information for potential customers. During August, Google organic visits increased from 131 to 200.

02 / Grow & Build · Relevant journeys

A different brief deserves a different landing page.

We refined the existing Greater Manchester Google Ads campaign, including its geographic targeting and focus, to improve the relevance of future traffic.

Alongside this, we built a dedicated commercial projects landing page. It gives the business a separate destination for commercial prospects, with a dedicated advertising campaign planned to support it.

At the August reporting point, the page was ready to launch and the commercial campaign was still in preparation. The impact of the residential campaign changes was also still being monitored.

03 / Design · Website V2

Let the workmanship do more of the talking.

We created a design system and style guide to give the next version of the website a consistent approach to typography, colour, imagery, components and calls to action.

The homepage concept gives completed projects more space, makes the core services clearer and brings supporting information into the enquiry journey. Reviews, practical answers and visible survey requests help customers understand what to do next.

The design system and first homepage concept were complete at the August reporting point, with service-page design underway. Conversion improvements remain an objective to test after implementation.

The results / August 2026

More organic visits.
A clearer focus for what comes next.

The strongest measured progress was in Google organic traffic. Reporting also showed where further work was needed to turn visits into enquiries.

+53%

Google organic visits

131 in July → 200 in August.
52.7% increase, rounded to 53%.

394

Total website visits

Up from 376 in July.
A 4.8% month-on-month increase.

6

Form submissions

Recorded in August.
Newly reported metric; no July comparison.

Visibility improved; conversion is the next priority. Click-to-contact actions fell from 18 to 12, while paid ad clicks fell from 141 to 129. These figures helped focus the next phase on campaign relevance, stronger project presentation and clearer enquiry journeys.

This snapshot shows traffic and recorded actions, not confirmed leads, won projects or revenue. The redesign and planned commercial campaign are not credited with these results.
